In 1995, PV established a Quality Management System that touches every aspect of daily operations. Continual investment in our quality program allows us to maintain exceptionally high standards for quality, health, safety and the environment. The success of our program is based on the fundamentals of focusing on our client, involving our people and always striving for improvement. This is supported by a reporting, tracking and monitoring process to ensure we provide timely service to our clients. PV is ISO 9001:2000 registered.
Health Safety & Environment PV has a longstanding commitment to strong workplace health and safety programs that protect our staff, property and the public. Our safety program, recognized by the Nova Scotia Construction Safety Association, ensures the highest standards of health and safety are a primary objective in all our activities worldwide.
PV has a goal of zero accidents in the workplace. Our efforts were recently acknowledged by a Safety Performance Award from Exxon Mobil’s “Nobody Gets Hurt??? offshore safety campaign.
Through continual investment in safety awareness, safety manuals and training initiatives, PV establishes the roles and responsibilities for employees in maintaining a safe working environment. Part of this process is to abide by client HSE policies on any of the job sites in which our personnel operate. PV also educates personnel on environmental issues as it pertains to the work and regions in which they are involved. We ensure all possible safeguards are taken to protect the environment and comply with environmental acts and regulations.
